You can grab a bag of ready to eat snacks and it would be cheaper , no time to prepare, and that their children are happy because they just saw a commercial that look happy to eat this snack children. What is wrong with that? There are many things to overcome when you decide you want better nutrition for their children. You must overcome a fierce marketing machine for children , and you have to overcome a lack of time , and you must exceed the cost .
This is a difficult task, but you should know that it's worth . Children who eat junk food can fall into complications such as obesity , chronic disease, lack of energy and concentration, self-esteem and even depression. There was an incident when I was a kid when I was trying to lose weight. I was a husky kid and I ran into a purple tracksuit that I got for Christmas and had a group of kids shouting "the great red grape fruit loom commercials came to eat us. " It made me a little uncomfortable and a little sad.
I also remember that there was always a box of Oatmeal Cream Pies on top of the refrigerator and frozen with cheese burgers in the freezer . What snacks can make a world of difference for our children and we need to know what it is worth. Worth the cost and time to ourselves and give children the best. A healthy life is composed of hundreds of small decisions to eat throughout the day. Here are some tips to make your life a little easier and get on the road to a healthier life and children.
- Try not to eat on the road, in the car or on the go . This falls into the habit of eating and the ability to tell when your body is full and had enough when you lose.
- Do not use food as a reward, bribe, or punishment. This gives food energy .
- Snacks should be planned .
- Snacks should be coordinated with meals. Do not let your child or snack within 2 hours after a meal.
