It is very important to know how to consume this drink if you want to achieve maximum effect. You should drink 1/2 of the juice in the morning, first thing after getting up for bed. You shouldn’t take any meal in the next 2 hours. Then 1/4 of the juice you drink 1 hour. before lunch, and the other 1/4 should be consumed late at evening at least 30 minutes before going to bed. The next day you repeat the procedure again. You make the juice and follow the instructions for consuming.
